Admin > Reject Reasons
If the ‘Reject Permit’ workflow has been enabled, different reject reasons can be selected from a dropdown list when the Permit is rejected.
The ‘Reject Reason’ dropdown list is populated in the Reject Reason List Screen (below).
From here, Administrators can create and edit Reject Reasons by clicking the ‘Create New’ or ‘Edit’ buttons and completing the relevant details.
A ‘Delete’ button is only available if the reason is not in use on any permit.
