Re-Isolating and Requesting De-Isolation Following Sanction to Test

Isolations > Isolation List

After the Test has been carried out, the equipment can be re-isolated or de-isolated by authorised personnel. For both actions, open the isolation by clicking the ‘View’ button next to the isolation in the isolation list. The Isolations Detail Screen opens.

Re-isolation:

  1. Click the ‘Re-Isolate’ button.
  2. The ‘Request Re-Isolation’ screen opens. Re-enter your password and click the green confirm button at the bottom of the screen OR
    click ‘Return’ to return to the Isolation Details Screen without re-isolating.

Once re-isolated, the isolation is back at ‘Confirmed’ status, with all standard workflow options available, as described in ‘Confirming Isolation’.

Requesting De-Isolation:

  1. Click the ‘Request De-isolate’ button.
  2. The ‘Ready for De-isolation’ Screen opens. Select the people to receive email notifications, re-enter your password and click the green ‘Confirm’ button OR
    click ‘Return’ to return to the Isolation Details Screen without de-isolating.

The Isolation Details Screen opens. It now has a ‘De-Isolate Details’ section and – for authorised personnel – a button to approve the de-isolation, as in the screenshot:

To approve the de-isolation, proceed as described in the “Approving De-Isolation” Section.
